Barbeques (BBQ's)

What does BBQ mean to you? Almost every day someone calls and wants to hold a BBQ and my first question is, "What is a BBQ to you?" It may sound easy, but everyone has a different outlook on what a BBQ is. To some it is a simple Hamburger, Hot Dog affair while some want Cajun Crayfish and Gumbo or even Chateau Briand with their favorite vineyard wine. BBQ is unique as it can be any array of flavors and tastes. While my specialty is the Arizona Traditional Pit BBQ which I was introduced to by the Legendary Lamar Haines and the Original Bill Williams Mountain Men. BBQ has become one of my signature dishes and has won awards from the AZ. BBQ Society as well as 1st Place in the K.C BBQ Cook off. BBQ is an art form which tantalizes the pallet and everyone has a different outlook. Here is a list of some of the favorites we have done and feel free to mix or match or even add your own ideas. My goal is to find what BBQ is to you and make your event exactly what you deserve. Our Mobile Grill has 3 grills to burn the best of food as well as a 4 hole steam serving line and 2 stock pot burners. Nobody does BBQ better.
